Bhaskar Babu N is a highly skilled and experienced Senior Member of Technical Staff 3 with VMware (VMC R&D) with over 13 years of relevant experience in the field of software engineering, AWS, and infrastructure. He is responsible for managing critical support escalations from APJ and ANZ regions and engages in escalation level technical troubleshooting primarily on vRealize suite of products including installations, upgrades, configuration issues, end-to-end VM provisioning, best practice recommendations, and offers consultation on SDDC infrastructure related queries. Bhaskar is an expert in VMware product suite, including vSphere 6.x and 7.x, vRealize Automation (vRA) 6.x, 7.x and 8.x, vRealize Orchestrator (vRO) 6.x, 7.x and 8.x, vRealize Operations Manager (vROPS) 6.x, 7.x and 8.x, vRealize Business for Cloud (vRBC) 7.x, vRealize Log Insight (vRLI) 4.x and 8.x, vRealize LifeCycle Manager 2.x and 8.x, vSAN, NSX-T fundamentals, VMware Integrated Openstack, Saltstack, and VMC on AWS. Bhaskar is known for providing white-glove support to maintain and enhance customer experience. He handles politically sensitive escalations and ensures timely resolution, appropriate engagement from the VMware and customer side stake holders for priority issues. Bhaskar also educates and upskills the newer team members with continuous process improvements and knowledge sharing. He works with global peers from cloud management business unit teams to ensure smooth handling of customer escalations to promote best in class support delivery. Bhaskar has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Visveshwaraiah Technological University. He also attended St. Joseph's High School. Bhaskar has worked with VMware in the past as a Senior Virtualization and Cloud Support Engineer/Escalation Engineer and as a Technical Support Engineer. He is currently working with VMware as a Member of Technical Staff 3 with VMware (VMC R&D).
